# Manage product access **[Add-on availability varies according to your Postman plan.](https://www.postman.com/pricing/)** As an [Admin or Super Admin](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions/#team-roles), you can manage which team members and users have access to add-ons in your [product access dashboard](https://go.postman.co/settings/team/products-access). To learn more about how to purchase add-ons, see [Purchasing add-on products](/docs/billing/billing/#purchasing-add-on-products). ## Manage access to add-ons As an Admin, you can manage add-ons for your team. Adding users to a solution can give them more permissions within your team and access to more features. [Auto-Flex](/docs/billing/billing/#using-auto-flex) enables your team to add users to add-ons without having to pay upfront. Learn more about [purchasing add-on products](/docs/billing/billing/#purchasing-add-on-products). To add users to an add-on, do the following: 1. Click **Team** in the Postman header, then click **Team Settings**. 2. Click **Product access**. 3. Select the add-on you'd like to manage from the dropdown list. 4. To add team members to an add-on, click **Assign Members**. To invite a user outside the team, click **Invite and Assign**. Specify users who can create workspaces 5. If you choose **Assign Members**, select team members to add to the add-on, then select **Assign Access**. If you choose **Invite and Assign**, you can add users in the following ways: * Select users from the list. * Enter users' email addresses in the **Invite by email** text box. * Add users' email addresses from your Google Directory or a local .csv file. * Click **Copy Invite Link** and send the invite link to users. Once you've added users, you can assign them a role in the **Roles** dropdown list, then click **Send Invite**. An invitation email will be sent to the users. ## Flows add-on Starting in Postman version 11.42.3, Postman users on [all plans](https://www.postman.com/pricing/) can create, run, edit, and view flows in [Postman Flows](/docs/postman-flows/overview/). All plans can run actions locally. The Flows add-on is required to deploy flows in the cloud. Postman Flows is available as an add-on for users on the Free, Basic and Professional plans. When purchased as an add-on, users have unlimited local runs in Postman Flows and can deploy actions. Users without a paid Flows seat will be able to run flows locally a limited number of times each month. Each time you run a [**Create with AI** block](/docs/postman-flows/reference/blocks/create-with-ai/) or call a deployed action's URL, you consume one or more credits. The maximum number of credits you can consume each month varies depending on your Postman plan and if you have a paid Flows seat. To track the number of credits consumed and your plan's monthly usage limit, select **Team > Resource Usage** to open the [Resource usage dashboard](https://go.postman.co/billing/add-ons/overview/). Learn more about [managing your team's Flows usage](/docs/billing/flows-usage/). ## Postbot add-on Users with [Postbot](/docs/getting-started/basics/about-postbot/) access get an increased number of Postbot activities. To view your team's Postbot limits, go to your [**Resource usage** dashboard](https://go.postman.co/billing/add-ons/overview/). ## API Builder add-on You can add users to the [API Builder add-on](https://www.postman.com/product/tools/) for access to the [API Builder](/docs/design-apis/api-builder/overview/), your [Private API Network](/docs/collaborating-in-postman/private-api-network/overview/), and API-level security. When you add users to the API Builder add-on: * You can assign them the [API Editor](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions/#api-roles) role in Postman APIs, enabling them to create and edit an unlimited amount of APIs. * You can assign them the [API Network Manager or Folder Manager](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions/#network-roles) role, enabling them to add APIs to your team's [Private API Network](/docs/collaborating-in-postman/private-api-network/overview/). API Editors added to the API Builder add-on, who aren't assigned the API Network Manager or Folder Manager role, can [request to add their APIs](/docs/collaborating-in-postman/private-api-network/private-network-requests/). Learn how to [manage team roles](/docs/administration/managing-your-team/team-members/manage-roles/). ## Collection Runner add-on You can add users to the [Collection Runner add-on](https://www.postman.com/pricing/#collection-runner) to increase their usage limits for the [Collection Runner](/docs/collections/running-collections/intro-to-collection-runs/). When you add users to the Collection Runner add-on, they get unlimited collection runs with the Collection Runner. ## Advanced Security Admin add-on The [Advanced Security Admin add-on](https://www.postman.com/pricing/#advanced-security-administration) enables access to the following: * [Domain Capture](/docs/administration/domain-verification-and-capture/domain-capture-overview/) * [Secret Scanner](/docs/administration/managing-your-team/secret-scanner/overview/) for internal workspaces and Partner Workspaces * [Private Secret Scanner Report](/docs/reports/secret-scanner-reports/) * [Secret Scanner dashboard](/docs/administration/managing-your-team/secret-scanner/secret-scanner-dashboard/) * [Postman Vault](/docs/sending-requests/postman-vault/postman-vault-secrets/) integrations * [BYOK Encryption](/docs/administration/managing-your-team/byok-encryption/) When you purchase the Advanced Security Admin add-on, it's available to all users. ## Partner Editor add-on You can add users to the Partner Editor add-on to enable external partners to edit workspace elements. Partners are invited from **Workspace settings**. For more information, see [Invite collaborators to a Partner Workspace](/docs/collaborating-in-postman/using-workspaces/partner-workspaces/setup/#invite-collaborators-to-a-partner-workspace). Partners can be assigned the Editor role within the workspace or a collection. If a Partner has an Editor role for at least one workspace or collection, then they're added to the Partner Editor add-on. Partners who have the Viewer role in all workspaces don't incur extra cost. ## Remove users' product access To remove users from a product, hover over their name and click Delete icon **Delete**.
