# Manage product access
**[Add-on availability varies according to your Postman plan.](https://www.postman.com/pricing/)**
As an [Admin or Super Admin](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions/#team-roles), you can manage which team members and users have access to add-ons in your [product access dashboard](https://go.postman.co/settings/team/products-access).
To learn more about how to purchase add-ons, see [Purchasing add-on products](/docs/billing/billing/#purchasing-add-on-products).
## Manage access to add-ons
As an Admin, you can manage add-ons for your team. Adding users to a solution can give them more permissions within your team and access to more features.
[Auto-Flex](/docs/billing/billing/#using-auto-flex) enables your team to add users to add-ons without having to pay upfront. Learn more about [purchasing add-on products](/docs/billing/billing/#purchasing-add-on-products).
To add users to an add-on, do the following:
1. Click **Team** in the Postman header, then click **Team Settings**.
2. Click **Product access**.
3. Select the add-on you'd like to manage from the dropdown list.
4. To add team members to an add-on, click **Assign Members**. To invite a user outside the team, click **Invite and Assign**.

## Flows add-on
Starting in Postman version 11.42.3, Postman users on [all plans](https://www.postman.com/pricing/) can create, run, edit, and view flows in [Postman Flows](/docs/postman-flows/overview/). All plans can run actions locally. The Flows add-on is required to deploy flows in the cloud.
Postman Flows is available as an add-on for users on the Free, Basic and Professional plans. When purchased as an add-on, users have unlimited local runs in Postman Flows and can deploy actions. Users without a paid Flows seat will be able to run flows locally a limited number of times each month.
Each time you run a [**Create with AI** block](/docs/postman-flows/reference/blocks/create-with-ai/) or call a deployed action's URL, you consume one or more credits. The maximum number of credits you can consume each month varies depending on your Postman plan and if you have a paid Flows seat. To track the number of credits consumed and your plan's monthly usage limit, select **Team > Resource Usage** to open the [Resource usage dashboard](https://go.postman.co/billing/add-ons/overview/). Learn more about [managing your team's Flows usage](/docs/billing/flows-usage/).
## Postbot add-on
Users with [Postbot](/docs/getting-started/basics/about-postbot/) access get an increased number of Postbot activities. To view your team's Postbot limits, go to your [**Resource usage** dashboard](https://go.postman.co/billing/add-ons/overview/).

When you add users to the API Builder add-on:

* You can assign them the [API Network Manager or Folder Manager](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions/#network-roles) role, enabling them to add APIs to your team's [Private API Network](/docs/collaborating-in-postman/private-api-network/overview/). API Editors added to the API Builder add-on, who aren't assigned the API Network Manager or Folder Manager role, can [request to add their APIs](/docs/collaborating-in-postman/private-api-network/private-network-requests/).
