# Manage your organization's Private API Network

This feature is available on Postman Enterprise plans. For more information, see the [pricing page](https://www.postman.com/pricing/).

Curate your organization's Private API Network by adding or requesting to add workspaces to it. Choose the workspaces with your organization's most important internal APIs.

A [workspace editor](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions#workspace-roles) can request to add a workspace they can edit. A [team manager](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions#team-roles) can add a workspace they manage. They can also approve requests for the workspaces they manage. A [network manager](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions#network-roles) can add any workspace to their organization's Private API Network. They can also approve any request.

## Request to add a workspace

You must be a [workspace editor](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions#workspace-roles) to request to add a workspace.

To request to add a workspace, do the following:

1. Open your workspace.
2. In the left sidebar, click ![Options icon](https://assets.postman.com/postman-docs/aether-icons/action-options-stroke.svg#icon) **Options** > **Workspace Overview**.
3. Open the **Settings** tab.
4. Under **Add to the Private API Network**, click **Request to Add**.
5. Enter a message and click **Request to Add**.

Postman sends your request to the team and network managers.

## Manage your team's workspaces

You must be a [team manager](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions#team-roles) to add one of your team's workspaces or approve a request.

### Add your team's workspace

To add a workspace, do the following:

1. Open your workspace.
2. In the left sidebar, click ![Options icon](https://assets.postman.com/postman-docs/aether-icons/action-options-stroke.svg#icon) **Options** > **Workspace Overview**.
3. Open the **Settings** tab.
4. Under **Add to the Private API Network**, click **Add to Network**.

Postman adds the workspace to your Private API Network.

### Approve a request to add your team's workspace

To approve a request to add your team's workspace, do the following:

1. Open your [Private API Network](https://postman.postman.co/network/private).
2. In the left sidebar, click ![Pending approval icon](https://assets.postman.com/postman-docs/aether-icons/state-pendingApproval-stroke.svg#icon) **Pending Requests**.
3. Review the request and decide whether to approve or deny it:

   * To approve, click **Approve**. To confirm, click **Approve Request**.
   * To deny, click **Deny**. To confirm, click **Deny Request**.

If you approve the request, Postman adds the workspace to your Private API Network.

## Manage your organization's workspaces

You must be a [network manager](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions#network-roles) to add one of your organization's workspaces or approve a request.

### Add your organization's workspace

To add your organization's workspace, do the following:

1. Open your [Private API Network](https://postman.postman.co/network/private).
2. In the left sidebar, click ![Add icon](https://assets.postman.com/postman-docs/aether-icons/action-add-stroke.svg#icon) **Add to Network**.
3. Select the workspace you want to add.
4. Click **Review**.
5. Review your selection. When you're ready to add the workspace to your Private API Network, click **Add to Network**.

Postman adds the workspace to your Private API Network.

### Approve a request to add your organization's workspace

To approve a request to add your organization's workspace, do the following:

1. Open your [Private API Network](https://postman.postman.co/network/private).
2. In the left sidebar, click ![Pending approval icon](https://assets.postman.com/postman-docs/aether-icons/state-pendingApproval-stroke.svg#icon) **Pending Requests**.
3. Review the request and decide whether to approve or deny it:

   * To approve, click **Approve**. To confirm, click **Approve Request**.
   * To deny, click **Deny**. To confirm, click **Deny Request**.

If you approve the request, Postman adds the workspace to your Private API Network.
