# View Postman team activity in Slack
You can integrate Postman with Slack to automatically send team updates to a channel in Slack. You can get notified in real time or on a schedule about team activity such as changes to workspaces, collections, and other Postman elements. Your team's [activity feed](/docs/collaborating-in-postman/using-workspaces/internal-workspaces/use-workspaces/#view-workspace-activity) also keeps you up to date on what your team is working on.
To send Postman team activity to Slack, do the following:
1. From your workspace **Overview** tab, click 
**Connect**.
2. Click **Connect Slack** from the drop down menu.
3. A browser tab opens asking you to sign in to Slack. Click **Continue**, then enter the Slack workspace where you want to receive the notifications and sign in with your email or SSO.
4. From the workspace **Overview** tab, click the Slack icon to open the **Manage Slack integration** dialog.
5. Select a Slack channel where you want the integration to post team activity messages.
6. Select an option to receive notifications in real time or periodically. If you select the periodic notifications option, select the days of the week, time, and timezone to receive the notifications.
7. Click **Save changes**. A confirmation message with the options you selected appears in the connected Slack channel.
You can also connect multiple channels to a single workspace. For example, one channel can send immediate updates and another can be used to send a summary at a specified schedule.
To connect multiple channels to a workspace do the following:
1. From the workspace **Overview** tab, click the Slack icon to open the **Manage Slack integration** dialog. If multiple channels are already connected, you'll see an **Integrations** label with a count of the number of connected channels next to it, click **Integrations**.
2. Click **Connect New Channel** and select another Slack channel where you want the integration to post team activity messages.
3. Select an option to receive notifications in real time or periodically. If you select the periodic notifications option, select the days of the week, time, and timezone to receive the notifications.
4. Click **Save changes**. A confirmation message with the options you selected appears in both connected Slack channels.
When someone updates your workspace, Postman sends a notification to the selected Slack channel within a few minutes if you selected real time updates or sends an activity summary to the selected channel if you selected periodic updates.
You can update the schedule at any time by clicking the Slack logo on the **Overview** tab and updating the options in the **Manage Slack integration** dialog. If multiple channels are already connected, you'll see an **Integrations** label with a count of the number of connected channels next to it, click **Integrations**.
