To edit your STDIO request authorization details, do the following: 1. Choose an existing STDIO MCP request or [create a new one](/docs/postman-ai/mcp-requests/create/). 2. Open the **Environment** tab. 3. Add your authorization key-value pairs. **Important:** Use variables to protect your sensitive data. To edit your streamable HTTP request authorization details, do the following: 1. Choose an existing streamable HTTP MCP request or [create a new one](/docs/postman-ai/mcp-requests/create/). 2. Open the **Authorization** tab. 3. Select an **Auth Type**. 4. Edit your authorization details.
