# The Get Configuration block

The **Get Configuration** block retrieves the specified configuration's value and sends that value from its output port.

## Output

**Select a configuration** - When a configuration is selected, this port sends the configuration's value.

## Setup

Click the dropdown list and select a configuration. The list shows configurations created in the flow's [**Settings**](/docs/postman-flows/build-flows/configure/configure-values-actions/).
