# View Flows credits reports

A credits report shows how your team's Postman Flows credits were consumed over a period of time, broken down by flow and by user. Credits reports are available to all users, on every Postman plan.

> For details on how Flows consumes credits and how to manage credit usage, see [Manage your team's Postman Flows credit usage](/docs/billing/flows-usage/).

## Open a credits report

To open and view a credits report, do the following:

1. In the sidebar, expand **Flows**, hover over a flow, and click ![Options icon](https://assets.postman.com/postman-docs/aether-icons/v12/icon-action-options-stroke.svg#icon) **More actions > View analytics**.
2. In the **Analytics** window, click **Credits report**.
3. Select a period from the dropdown list:
   * **Last month** (default)
   * **This month to date**

## Summary metrics

The top of the report shows the following summary metrics for the selected period:

| Metric               | Description                                            |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Total credits** | The total number of credits consumed across all flows. |
| **Total executions** | The total number of times flows ran. |
| **Active users** | The number of users whose flow runs consumed credits. |

## Credits by flow

The **Credits by flow** chart shows how many credits each flow consumed during the selected period.

To see the same data as a table, click **Credits by flow (table)** to expand it. The table lists each flow's runs broken out by trigger type, with the following columns:

| Column      | Description                                                                   |
| ----------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **flow** | The name of the flow. |
| **id**      | The flow's ID.                                                                |
| **trigger** | How the run was triggered, such as `HTTP`, `canvas:cloud`, or `canvas:local`. |
| **credits** | Credits consumed by runs of this type. |
| **runs** | Total number of runs. |
| **ok** | Number of successful runs. |
| **err** | Number of failed runs. |

By default, the table shows a separate row for each flow-and-trigger-type combination. Click **Combine triggers** to merge these into a single row per flow, summing credits and runs across all trigger types. Click it again to split the rows back out by trigger type.

## Per-user breakdown

The **Per-user breakdown** table lists each active user and the credits they consumed during the selected period.

Click a user's row to expand or collapse it. When expanded, the row shows the same per-flow breakdown as the **Credits by flow** table, with columns for **flow**, **id**, **trigger**, **credits**, **runs**, **ok**, and **err**.

The table includes the following controls:

* **Combine triggers** — Merge each user's rows into one per flow.
* **Expand all** / **Collapse all** — Expand or collapse every user's row at once.

## Download a report

To save a copy of the report, click **Download**, then select a format:

* **HTML**
* **PDF**

The downloaded file keeps the same **Combine triggers**, **Expand all**, and **Collapse all** controls as the in-app report.
