You can’t access any of the Postman services and you are seeing the error S*orry, your access is blocked.*

Postman services are suspended when there are overdue invoices.

## How to unblock yourself

Go to [Billing](https://go.postman.co/billing/overview), select \*\*Invoices,\*\*and pay the outstanding invoices. Your plan will be reactivated automatically.

Submit a [support request](https://support.postman.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/) if you need additional help getting unblocked.
