If you want to change your password, you can reset it in your [Account Settings](https://go.postman.co/settings/me/account).

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it on the [Postman trouble signing in page](https://identity.getpostman.com/trouble-signing-in).

## Steps to reset your password  from the trouble signing in page

1. Go to the [Trouble Signing In page](https://identity.getpostman.com/trouble-signing-in) .
2. Enter your email, select the reCAPTCHA for verification and click **Submit** . We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
3. Open the link in the email to create a new password.

* **Note:** If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, add [noreply@notifications.getpostman.com](mailto:noreply@notifications.getpostman.com) to your allowlist in your email client or domain policy. Then, try resetting your password again.
