To unsubscribe from Postman emails, select **Unsubscribe** in the email footer. You’ll be able to select the type of content you want to stop receiving.

* **Note:** The unsubscribe option in the email footer unsubscribes you from Marketing emails. To select what to be notified of on your Postman usage, go to your [notifications preferences](https://go.postman.co/settings/me/notifications) . As long as you have a Postman account, you will continue to receive business-critical emails related to your Postman account.
