If you do not have Editor access to the collection, refer to our [Sensitive Data Removal Policy](https://www.postman.com/legal/postman-content-policies/#sensitive-security-data-removal-requests-policy). 1. Go to the workspace where the collection was published. * **Note:** Use the search bar to find out where the collection to unpublish is located. 2. Go to the collection you want to unpublish. 3. Select **View complete collection documentation** at the bottom of the documentation tab on the right panel . 4. Select on **Published** *>* **Edit published documentation** *>* **Unpublish** . If you have already deleted the associated collection, the documentation is also deleted. Accessing the documentation URL will return a 404 error, indicating that it no longer exists. ## Change the visibility of a public workspace To perform this action, you need [**Admin access**](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions/#workspace-roles) to that workspace. If you don't, refer to our [Sensitive Data Removal Policy](https://www.postman.com/legal/postman-content-policies/#sensitive-security-data-removal-requests-policy). 1. Go to the Settings of the public workspace you want to remove public access. 2. Click on **Change f**rom the "Workspace type" and select **Internal** > **Save Changes** . If you are on a [Postman Professional or Enterprise plan](https://www.postman.com/pricing/), you need the [**Community Manager**](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions/#team-roles)'s approval to change the workspace visibility to **Public**. ## Remove a public link to a collection Navigate to [Manage collection access keys](https://go.postman.co/manage-public?tab=collection-access-keys) and hit **Delete** to perform the deletion. If you have already deleted the collection, you can delete a public link from [your collections in your Postman dashboard](https://go.postman.co/me/collections?view=links) by selecting **Trash** next to the link you want to delete. *** Have more questions?
