## How to unblock yourself

### You forgot your username

Use your email address instead of your username. You can either use your email or username to sign in to your Postman account.

### You want to change your username

1. Go to your [profile](https://go.postman.co/me) .
2. Select the button **Edit Profile** .
3. Update your username in the **Username** field.
