If you can't see your data, make sure you're using the latest Postman version and that you're signed in to your Postman account. Then go to Settings > Data > **Migrate data**. For more in-depth instructions, check out our Help Center article: [I lost my data after migrating from the Scratch Pad.](/help/faqs/troubleshooting/i-lost-my-data-after-migrating-from-the-scratch-pad) ## You are experiencing one of the following issues * [I was using the Scratch Pad and moved to the lightweight API client, I can't see any of my collections or environments.](#h_01HBWZCA8CCVM6WNFTXN1M4N0X) * [I can't find my collections after updating the app.](#h_01HBWYTS3QBSWMCZG0N5R5C1WC) * [I lost all my collections after leaving my team.](#h_01HBWYTS3Q3KEV4WSY4CJ2BE72) * [I was using the Postman Chrome app and suddenly lost all my collections.](#h_01HBWYTS3Q5AE39PV6HMXD7AM6) ## What to expect * Once a collection is removed from a workspace, it is no longer visible in that workspace. * Your team owns any data shared in a team workspace (including private workspaces). When you leave the team, the data stays with your team.
