If those are not in use, the system considers you offline. ## How to unblock yourself * Verify your access to the [Postman web app](http://go.postman.co/). * [Remove local data](/help/faqs/troubleshooting/how-to-remove-local-data) if you're unable to reproduce the issue on the Postman web app. * Try switching to a different network. If you are using the Postman app, a VPN or proxy on your computer might be enabled, preventing access to Postman services. * Contact your IT team and request that they configure the network firewall to permit [WebSocket connections for Postman](/docs/getting-started/installation/installation-and-updates/#use-postman-behind-a-firewall). * Sign out of the Postman app and then sign back in. * **Note:** If you're [using Postman locally](/help/faqs/postman-configuration/can-i-use-postman-locally) without signing in to a Postman account, export your data before signing out because signing out will completely delete your local data. * Contact your Internet service provider (ISP) to verify if there's an internet outage in your area.
