## How to unblock yourself

### Unable to join the team

* Make sure you are accepting the invite from the correct email address and that it was sent to the correct email address.

* **Note:** Invitations use exact matching and are not case-sensitive.

### Sorry! You seem to have an invalid or expired invite code

### Unable to sign in

* If you have multiple Postman accounts, make sure you accept the invite link sent to the email associated with the Postman account for which you were sent an invite.
* Clear your browser cache and cookies or use an incognito session to accept the invite link.

### Unable to join my organization using SSO
