To configure SSO with Ping Identity, you'll need to [configure a Ping Identity authentication method](/docs/administration/sso/admin-sso/#configure-single-sign-on) for your Postman team. You'll need the configuration's **Entity ID** and **ACS URL** to configure your SAML application in Ping Identity. You must be an administrator in both Ping Identity and Postman to configure SSO for your team. After you've configured your Ping Identity identity provider (IdP) in Postman, sign in to your [Ping Identity console](https://www.pingidentity.com/). ## Set up a custom SAML application in Ping Identity 1. Enter an application name, click **SAML Application**, then click **Configure**. ![Configuring a SAML application in Ping Identity](https://assets.postman.com/postman-docs/pingId-saml-app-setup.jpg) 1) In **SAML configuration**, click **Manually Enter**, then enter your Postman entity ID and ACS URL. Click **Save** to complete the setup. ![Ping Identity SAML configuration details](https://assets.postman.com/postman-docs/pingId-saml-setup-complete.jpg) ## Complete your Ping Identity setup in Postman After finishing your SAML application in Ping Identity, you'll need to enter the Ping Identity IdP details in your [Postman SSO configuration](/docs/administration/sso/admin-sso/#configure-single-sign-on): 1. Enter the **SSO URL**, **Identity provider issuer**, and **X.509 Certificate** in the **Identity provider details** section. You can also upload the Ping Identity metadata file under **Identity provider metadata** file. 2. Click **Save Authentication**.
