# Manage folders and elements in your Private API Network

This feature is available on Postman Enterprise plans. For more information, see the [pricing page](https://www.postman.com/pricing/).

Manage your Private API Network elements in a way that makes most sense for your team. You can arrange folders, workspaces, collections, and APIs, edit a collection's environments, move folders and elements, rename folders, or remove folders and elements.

[Super Admins](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions/#team-roles) and [API Network Managers](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions/#network-roles) can manage all folders, workspaces, and collections in your Private API Network. [Folder Managers](/docs/administration/roles-and-permissions/#network-roles) can manage specific folders and the workspaces and collections in them. Users with the Editor role for a workspace or collection can also manage them on your Private API Network.

Enterprise teams can also assign the API Network Manager role to a user group. For more information about assigning team roles to groups, see [Organize users into Postman groups](/docs/administration/managing-your-team/user-groups/).

You can manage elements within your [Private API Network](/docs/collaborating-in-postman/private-api-network/use-private-network/#explore-your-private-api-network) or with the [Postman API](/docs/collaborating-in-postman/private-api-network/publish-private-network-elements-with-api/).

## Edit collections

You can change the associated environments of API-linked collections in your Private API Network.

Select **Options > Edit environments** next to the collection you'd like to edit. Edit the collection, then select **Edit** to save your changes.

To change the environment of an API-linked collection, select the parent API, and from the menu options, select **Edit environments**. The same option is available from the menu in the top right corner.

To add new elements using bulk edits, from the top left menu, select **Add** or **Add to Network**. The **Add elements to the Private API network** opens. Locate the collection and select an environment you want to add.

You can't edit collections added to APIs.
