Partner APIs are privately available APIs used for collaboration among strategic partners. They can be used to integrate data processing and syndication, in industries such as banking, healthcare, and media. Partner Workspaces enable you to collaborate with external partners directly in Postman.

Partners are external users who don’t belong to the same domain as the organization that owns the Partner Workspaces. Users with the same email domain can’t be invited as Partners.

You can use Partner Workspaces to help your partners consume your team’s APIs and work together on API projects. With Partner Workspaces, you can build a single source of truth and integrate your partner projects into your Postman team, establishing the foundation for an efficient and productive partnership.

Team-to-team Partner Workspaces enhance security and authentication for Postman API partnerships and enable access to a Partner Workspace from one’s own team. In addition to supporting SSO login for partners, Partner Managers can verify which partners use SSO from a Partnerships page in Organization or team settings. See the FAQ about team-to-team partnerships.
