Troubleshooting app issues
Postman captures log messages automatically to help you debug unresolved issues, in case something goes wrong in the app. These logs provide you basic information about your activities in the Postman app. You can send these log messages to Postman Customer Support to troubleshoot issues when encountered.
To access the log messages in macOS, go to View, select Developer, and then select View Logs in Finder:
The logs folder and its contents appear:
To access logs in Linux OS, go to View, select Developer, then select View Logs in File Manager.
To access logs in Windows, go to View, select Developer, then select View Logs in File Explorer.
