The String block

The String block outputs a sequence of characters that’s configured in the block. Use it when you need to send a static string to another block’s input, such as to set a static parameter for an API request or define a variable.

You can insert the String block into other blocks, such as Evaluate, If, List, Record, or Template.

Output

The String block has a single output port that sends the string of characters entered in the block.

Setup

Click the String block’s text box and enter a string of characters.
