Unpublish and delete your notebook from the Postman API Network

Unpublish your notebook to make it private. If your notebook is unpublished, you can also delete it from the Postman API Network.

Unpublish your notebook

To unpublish your notebook, do the following:

1. From the Postman header, click API Network. If prompted, click Postman API Network.
2. Click Notebooks. Postman displays your team’s published and unpublished notebooks.
3. Next to your notebook, click Unpublish this notebook. Postman asks you to confirm.
4. If you’re ready to make your notebook private, click Unpublish.

Postman unpublishes your notebook from the Postman API Network.

Delete your notebook

If your notebook is published, you must unpublish it before you can delete it.

To delete your notebook, do the following:

1. From the Postman header, click API Network. If prompted, click Postman API Network.
2. Click Notebooks. Postman displays your team’s published and unpublished notebooks.
3. Next to your notebook, click Delete this notebook. Postman asks you to confirm.
4. If you’re ready to delete your notebook, click Delete.

Postman deletes your notebook from the Postman API Network.
