The API Request block

The API Request block enables you to create an HTTP, AI, or GraphQL request block for an existing or new request. When you select or create a request in the API Request block, it automatically changes to the appropriate request block type. When you create a new request, it opens in the workbench.

Setup

Search for requests - Click to open a dropdown list showing all the collections in your workspace. Select a collection, then select a request.

Create a new request - Click to open a dropdown list where you can select the type of request you want to create. You can select HTTP, GraphQL, or AI. After you select a request type, you can select or create a collection to save the request. The new request opens in the workbench, where you can configure it.
