Publish your notebook to the Postman API Network

Publish your notebook and share your interactive documentation, code, and APIs with your API consumers. Guide them to their first 200 OK response with your hands-on, real-world examples, and showcase your public API to the world.

Before you publish your notebook, open your draft and review it. Walk yourself through the steps you outlined in your notebook. Then, invite others on your team to do the same.

Publish your notebook

To publish your notebook, do the following:

1. From the Postman header, click API Network. If prompted, click Postman API Network.
2. Click Notebooks. The Notebooks homepage appears with a list of published and unpublished notebooks created by your team.
3. Next to your draft, click Edit this notebook.
4. If you haven’t already, click Preview and review your draft. Click Edit Notebook to make any changes.
5. Click Publish. A message appears telling you that your notebook will be publicly available, click Publish again.
6. A confirmation message displays with a link to your notebook and links to share it on your social media.

Postman publishes your notebook to the Postman API Network.
