Publish your notebook to the Postman API Network

Publish your notebook and share your interactive documentation, code, and APIs with your API consumers. Guide them to their first 200 OK response with your hands-on, real-world examples, and showcase your public API to the world.

Before you publish your notebook, open your draft and review it. Walk yourself through the steps you outlined in your notebook. Then, invite others on your team to do the same.

Publish your notebook

You must be a community manager to publish your notebook.

To publish your notebook, do the following:

1. In the Postman header, open the navigation menu. Then, click Public API Network.
2. Click Notebooks. Postman displays your team’s published and unpublished notebooks.
3. Next to your draft, click Edit this notebook.
4. If you haven’t already, click Preview and review your draft. Click Edit to make changes.
5. Click Publish. Postman asks you to confirm.
6. If you’re ready to make your notebook public, click Publish.

Postman publishes your notebook to the Postman API Network. Share it with your API consumers and followers on social media.
