How to recover a collection that was moved to another workspace

Built with

Currently, only deleted collections can be recovered from the trash, not folders or requests.

You have a Postman Basic, Professional, or Enterprise plan

You can use the changelog to revert a collection and restore it to any previous point in time.

  • Note: The feature is not retroactive, so you won’t be able to recover your folder using the changelog if you upgrade from a free to a paid plan.

You have a Postman Free plan

The changelog isn’t accessible on a free Postman plan.

A possible workaround to rebuild your folder more quickly is to search for requests from deleted folders in your history and add those requests to a collection.
