My credit card got declined
You are experiencing one of the following issues
- You received an email notification saying the payment failed since the credit card was declined.
- Despite a successful transaction, you see a Something went wrong error message on the billing page.
How to unblock yourself
The payment failed
- Try again using the same card later, or try another card.
- Contact your credit card provider for further information.
Something went wrong
Go to the billing page > Invoices and confirm the invoice status. The error might be a temporary glitch.
Submit a support request if you’re still experiencing issues after trying the options above. Make sure you provide the transaction details and the screenshots of the error message.
