How to Remove an Add-on
- Note: You need the Billing role to remove add-ons.
Paid teams
- Go to your billing dashboard.
- Select Edit plan >Modify Plan.
- In the Add-ons section, set the count of the specific add-on to 0.
- Select On renewal to apply changes at the next renewal.
- Select Next and confirm the changes.
- Note: The team admin must remove the add-on access from users in the Product Access section before the renewal date for these instructions to take effect.
Free teams
- Go to your billing dashboard.
- Select Remove add-on at the bottom of the page to cancel your add-on.
