I purchased Postbot, but my Postbot limit didn’t get updated.

What to expect

Postbot can be purchased as an add-on and must be assigned to a user for the updated limit to take effect.

Unblock yourself

  • Go to Product access
  • Select Postbot from the dropdown menu.
  • Select Add Members to add users to Postbot.

If you are still facing this issue, please submit a support request with the following information in the request:

  • Screenshot of the error message.
  • The user’s email address assigned to Postbot.
