You are experiencing one of the following issues

  • I get the error Unable to join the team
  • I get an invalid or expired invite code error
  • I get the error Unable to sign in
  • I am unable to join my organization using SSO

How to unblock yourself

Unable to join the team

  • Make sure you are accepting the invite from the correct email address and that it was sent to the correct email address.

  • Note: Invitations use exact matching and are not case-sensitive.

Sorry! You seem to have an invalid or expired invite code

Unable to sign in

  • If you have multiple Postman accounts, make sure you accept the invite link sent to the email associated with the Postman account for which you were sent an invite.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies or use an incognito session to accept the invite link.

Unable to join my organization using SSO

Issue Not Resolved?

Please submit a support request with the following information:

  • The request trace ID(if any).
  • A HAR file .
  • The invitation link you received.
  • The name of the team or the email of the admin from whom the invitation is.
