If you want to change your password, you can reset it in your Account Settings.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it on the Postman trouble signing in page.

Steps to reset your password from the trouble signing in page

  1. Go to the Trouble Signing In page .
  2. Enter your email, select the reCAPTCHA for verification and click Submit . We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
  3. Open the link in the email to create a new password.
  • Note: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, add noreply@notifications.getpostman.com to your allowlist in your email client or domain policy. Then, try resetting your password again.
