How to access export audit logs

Built with

The Postman desktop app

Requests are sent locally from your laptop or workstation. The IPs used to send your requests are the ones in your internal network setup. Contact your IT or Network team to get the IP ranges.

The Postman web app used with a browser agent or a desktop agent

Using the Postman web app with a browser or desktop agent allows you to send your requests locally. The IPs used to send your requests are the ones of your internal network setup. Contact your IT or Network team to get the IP ranges.

The Postman web app used with a cloud agent

When you send requests from the Postman web app with a cloud agent, the requests are sent from the Postman cloud.

  • Note: We don’t support static IPs on cloud agents.

As our infrastructure runs on data centers provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), we cannot provide a fixed IP range. Refer to the AWS IP address ranges to find the IP address ranges used by AWS.

Postman monitors

Monitoring requests are sent from the Postman cloud. If you are on the Postman Professional or Enterprise plan, we support Static IPs

  • Note: Only the listed static IP regions will use a specific IP. The IP allocation for other regions depends on AWS. Refer to the AWS IP address ranges to find the IP address ranges used by AWS.

Newman

If Newman runs on a local device, the requests are sent locally from your laptop or workstation. The IPs are the ones of your internal network setup. Contact your IT or Network team to know what the IP ranges are.

If you’re using CI/CD, contact your CI/CD vendor to get the static IPs.
