I’m experiencing the following issues

When I go to Team Settings > Authentication, I don’t see any option to generate a SCIM API Key.

What to expect

  • SCIM Provisioning is available only to Postman Enterprise teams.

  • Note: Verify your Postman team plan here.

  • To use SCIM, you must have only one SSO method configured. If you have more than one SSO method enabled, you won’t be able to generate a SCIM API key.

  • Only an Admin or Super Admin can access the Team Authentication settings where you can enable SCIM.

Unblock yourself

Go to Authentication and make sure you have enabled only one authentication method.

  • Note: For information on setting up SCIM for your Postman team using the SCIM 2.0 API, go to Postman’s SCIM 2.0 API documentation.
