I am seeing the error Request not found or Collection not found
You are experiencing the following issue
I am getting the error message Request not found or Collection not found.
Why?
This error usually indicates an issue fetching information from our Postman servers to your device. It is usually caused by VPNs or proxies.
Unblock yourself

Ensure you have allowed all the Websockets required for Postman to establish a connection with the Postman servers:
- The full list can be found here: Use Postman behind a firewall .

Note: Wildcards only catch subdomains, not more complex patterns, such as the ones used in our websockets.

In a few cases, the error may only be present on the Desktop application, this may be caused by corrupted files in your local installation.
- To resolve this, follow the steps highlighted in our Support Article below:
