My Postbot limit didn’t get updated
You are experiencing one of the following issues
I purchased Postbot, but my Postbot limit didn’t get updated.
What to expect
Postbot can be purchased as an add-on and must be assigned to a user for the updated limit to take effect.
Unblock yourself
- Go to Product access
- Select Postbot from the dropdown menu.
- Select Add Members to add users to Postbot.
If you are still facing this issue, please submit a support request with the following information in the request:
- Screenshot of the error message.
- The user’s email address assigned to Postbot.
