The watch option enables you to receive an in-app notification when a team member modifies the pull request. If you watch a pull request, you will get notifications about actions such as adding a new comment, approving or removing approval, merging, and editing or declining a pull request.

To watch a pull request, click View icon Watch in the pull request.

Change watching notification settings

  1. Click View icon Watch in the pull request.

  2. Select or clear the desired notification options.

View notifications

To view notifications for a watched pull request, click Notification icon Notifications in the Postman header. The popup indicates further information about the changes to the pull request.

If you create a pull request and make changes to it from the same Postman account, you won’t receive any notifications about changes made to the pull request.
