Publish monitor reports in Postman

Built with

Published monitor reports are available on Postman Solo, Team, and Enterprise plans. For more information, see the pricing page.

With monitor reports, you can publish a read-only view of your monitor results and share it using a public link. Published monitor reports display API uptime, performance, and recent run results without requiring viewers to sign in to Postman or access your workspace.

To get started, publish a monitor report from a monitor in your internal team or public workspace. Once published, you can share the link with stakeholders to communicate API reliability without granting direct access to your monitors.

Publish a monitor report

Create a public, read-only report for a monitor to share its results externally. You can customize the report with a title and description, and choose whether to show request endpoints.

Learn more at Publish monitor reports.

View a published monitor report

Open a published monitor report using its shared link to view recent monitor runs, health status, and request-level details.

Learn more at View a published monitor report.

Update or unpublish a monitor report

Modify an existing published monitor report or remove it entirely. You can update the report’s title, description, and visibility settings, or unpublish it if it’s no longer needed.
