Trial length

How long is the Postman Enterprise Trial?

The Postman Enterprise Trial lasts 30 days. Some teams may be eligible to extend their trial for an additional 30 days if more evaluation time is needed.

During the trial, you can explore most Enterprise capabilities and invite your team to collaborate in Postman.

Billing and payments

Are Postman Enterprise Trials free?

Yes. The Enterprise Trial is completely free, and you do not need to provide payment information to start the trial.

During the trial you can invite team members and evaluate Enterprise collaboration and governance features.

Will I be charged automatically when my trial ends?

No. You will not be charged automatically when your trial expires.

Before your trial ends, you’ll receive both in-app and email notifications. At that point you can choose to do any of the following:

  • Upgrade to an Enterprise plan.

  • Downgrade to another paid plan.

  • Downgrade to the Free plan.

Features available during the trial

What features are available during the Postman Enterprise Trial?

The Enterprise Trial gives you access to most capabilities included in the Postman Enterprise plan, allowing teams to collaborate across the entire API lifecycle.

It includes the following features:

  • API development and testing

  • Collaboration in workspaces

  • Automation with Postman Flows

  • API monitoring

  • AI-powered workflows

During the trial, you can invite team members to collaborate in workspaces and evaluate Enterprise features together.

What other benefits do I receive during the Postman Enterprise Trial?

  • Enterprise Trial Guide - The Postman team provides a guide to help you take advantage of your trial access. The guide highlights recommended features and workflows to help your team get started. You can access the guide by selecting Enterprise Trial in the top-right corner of the Postman app.

  • Postman Academy workshops - You also have complimentary access to Postman Academy workshops, a value of $550 USD per seat. Use the code postmantrial during registration to receive free access. These workshops provide hands-on learning, real-world scenarios, and guidance from Postman experts.

What should I do if I encounter issues during the Postman Enterprise Trial?

If you run into issues during your trial, the Postman support team can help.

You can do any of the following:

  • Contact Postman Support.

  • Reach out to your Postman sales representative.

Exclusions

What features aren’t included in the Postman Enterprise Trial?

Some Enterprise capabilities aren’t available during the trial, including:

  • Postman Insights

  • API Catalog

  • Organizations

  • Advanced Security Administration (available as an Enterprise add-on)

These capabilities are available after upgrading to a paid Enterprise plan.

What happens when the trial ends?

When your trial expires, you can upgrade to an Enterprise plan to continue using Enterprise features.

If you choose not to upgrade, you can downgrade to another paid plan or to the Free plan. Enterprise-only capabilities such as advanced governance features and Enterprise add-ons will no longer be available.

Your workspaces, collections, and APIs will remain in your account.
