Manage folders and elements in your Private API Network

Your Private API Network is available on Postman Enterprise plans. Managing APIs on your Private API Network requires the API Builder add-on.

You can manage folders, workspaces, collections, and APIs in your team's Private API Network. You can edit a collection's environments, move folders and elements, rename folders, and remove folders and elements.

Super Admins and API Network Managers can manage all folders, workspaces, and collections in your Private API Network. Folder Managers can manage specific folders and the workspaces and collections in them. Users with the Editor role for a workspace or collection can also manage them on your Private API Network.

If your team has the API Builder add-on, you can also manage APIs on your team's Private API Network. Super Admins, API Network Managers, Folder Managers, and API Editors added to the API Builder add-on can manage APIs in your Private API Network based on their permission level.

Enterprise teams can also assign the API Network Manager role to a user group. For more information about assigning team roles to groups, see Organize users into Postman groups.

You can manage elements within your Private API Network or with the Postman API.
