You can view all open Jira issues linked to your collections, collection runs, requests, or monitors to track your project’s status or assess your API’s performance. You can also open these issues in Jira.

View your collection’s Jira issues

Open your collection’s Overview tab. Then, under Known issues, click the number of issues. Postman lists all open Jira issues linked to your collection, grouped by request.

From the right sidebar, you can click one of the listed Jira issues to open it in Jira.

View your request’s Jira issues

Open your HTTP request. Then, from the right sidebar, click Jira issues. Postman lists all open Jira issues linked to your request.

From the right sidebar, you can create a new issue or link to an existing one. You can also click one of the listed Jira issues to open it in Jira.

View your monitor’s Jira issues

Open your monitor page and select a monitor. Click the Jira icon on the monitor dashboard header. Details about the issue are displayed in the right side bar. Click the link to open the issue in Jira.
