View reports about Agent Mode usage across workspaces
Reports are available with all Postman Enterprise plans. The Public workspace metrics report is available with all Postman plans. For more information, see Postman pricing.
The Agent Mode usage report provides an overview of how your team uses Agent Mode across Postman, including usage trends, performance metrics, and user activity.
To access the Agent Mode report, from your homepage, click Reports in the left sidebar. Click Agent mode under Usage reports to view usage metrics.
Agent Mode report
The Agent Mode report default view provides a snapshot of high-level information about your team’s use of Agent Mode across Postman, including the number of active users, Agent Mode sessions, messages sent, and credits used. Current usage metrics (last 30 days) show you how your team is currently using Agent Mode. Usage trends over time help you understand your team’s use of Agent Mode, identify patterns, and spot potential issues or opportunities for improvement. You can view usage for seven days, 30 days, six months, or one year.
Current usage metrics

Agent Mode users — The number of users across Postman who run at least one query using Agent Mode over the selected period of time. Click View details to view how many Agent Mode sessions were started by new and returning users, how many messages they sent in each of the Agent Mode sessions, and the number of credits used by new users and returning users.

Agent Mode sessions — The number of Agent Mode sessions for the selected period of time. An Agent Mode session starts when a user sends a message using Agent Mode. For example, if a user uses Agent Mode to set up a workspace, that session could contain multiple messages as the user interacts with the agent to set up the workspace.

Messages sent — The number of messages sent per user for the selected period of time. The graph displays the message volume for days, or months depending on the time period selected. Click View details to view the number of messages by the different AI agent models and the number of credits used.

AI credits used - The number of AI credits used in the current billing cycle across Postman. This metric isn’t affected by the date range filters. Click View details to view the number of credits used by AI agent model.
Usage leaderboard
The Usage leaderboard table shows the top 10 users who opened the most Agent Mode sessions, the number of messages sent, and the number of credits consumed. The data can change depending on the date range filters you select. The default view is for the last 30 days. You can use the search box to look for a specific user.
Activity over time
The chart displays the most active week of Agent Mode usage for the last 30 days by default. It displays the most active day, week, or month, depending on the data range filters selected. You can hover over the data points to view the number of credits used on a specific day, or week, or month.
Top agent models used by team
The table lists the top AI agent models used by your team in Agent Mode. The number of messages sent and the credits consumed change depending on the date range filter you select.
